Card Processing Errors

If you receive a Card Processing Error during checkout:
1. Try again, Do NOT put dashes within the card number.  Ensure that your street address and zip code are correct and match the billing address for the card used.
2. Try a different card – we accept Visa, Mastercard, and debit cards with the Visa symbol.
3. Call your credit holder and make sure there is not a ‘fraud hold’ on your account and/or confirm the billing address they have on file.

If you received a Card Processing Error during checkout, your most likely culprit is your billing address. The billing address entered must match the billing address on your credit or debit card statement.

When your transaction is declined for any reason, you will likely see a “memo post” on your debit or credit card statement. These are placed on your account by your financial institution’s fraud prevention program and will drop off after 72 business hours.
